Preparation of policies and procedures manuals for business cycles
The work to be performed to achieve our mission is composed of two phases, but not limited to, as follows:

(This phase will start by the mid of November 2017).
- Consultancy services, which will be provided continuously over all the period of our agreement
- VAT registration in the specified bureau, along with the online registration in order to get usernames
and passwords for online declarations.
(The registration should be done no later than the mid of November 2017).
Phase 2: Post-registration phase
(This phase will start by the beginning of December 2017).
- Review and control over the application of the new rules and accounting policies in order to ensure
the conformity and compliance of the accounting entries with the one set by the Minister. - Verification of all transaction for VAT compliance and determination of exact VAT Payable or
Refund - Filling and declaration of VAT quarterly

These services are provided to assist clients with mergers, acquisitions & dispositions, compliance, financial reporting, bankruptcy, reorganization, ligation & dispute resolution and strategic planning.

Initial planning for the engagement in our services entails:
- Benefiting from specialized experience in the relevant economic, financial and business sectors especially in
VAT and taxation field - Understanding fully the nature of the business activity and most importantly its financial and
accounting characteristics - Reviewing the client’s history and background, which includes any financial information and other internal
reports, legal documents, management’s decisions and possibly other regulatory reports (where applicable of
course). - Working in close collaboration with client staff to maximize the effectiveness of work
- Establishing strong quality control and close involvement of assigned partners and managers at all stages
- Identify the objectives of the engagement and appropriate approach to achieving them
We will also seek input from management during the planning phase to discuss the risk elements, possible
irregularities and other significant issues to ensure any areas requiring emphasis are addressed in the
engagement process. This knowledge will allow us to be more specific in our request for information and
reduce the time needed during our actual fieldwork engagement.
