Consequently, our work is well organized, systematic, and<br \/>\naccordingly supervised. We assume that there is always a mutual benefit arising from our relationship between<br \/>\nour clients and ourselves, hence we take our work very seriously and value the time invested in any project. We<br \/>\nconsider that we should always:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain our ethical, professional, and social responsibilities;<\/li>\n<li>Provide clients with consultancy and business solutions and services that meet their needs and<br \/>\nexpectations, at a cost that they believe is value for money;<\/li>\n<li>Anticipate client needs by developing new services to meet those needs;<\/li>\n<li>Increase productivity by establishing teamwork and trust with our clients and colleagues;<\/li>\n<li>Provide an adequate work environment for our employees in order to improve their skills and, hence, the<br \/>\nquality of our services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>PLANNING<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Initial planning for the engagement in our services entails:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Benefiting from specialized experience in the relevant economic, financial and business sectors especially in<br \/>\nVAT and taxation field<\/li>\n<li>Understanding fully the nature of the business activity and most importantly its financial and<br \/>\naccounting characteristics<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing the client\u2019s history and background, which includes any financial information and other internal<br \/>\nreports,<br \/>\nlegal documents, management\u2019s decisions and possibly other regulatory reports (where applicable of<br \/>\ncourse).<\/li>\n<li>Working in close collaboration with client staff to maximize the effectiveness of work<\/li>\n<li>Establishing strong quality control and close involvement of assigned partners and managers at all stages<\/li>\n<li>Identify the objectives of the engagement and appropriate approach to achieving them<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We will also seek input from management during the planning phase to discuss the risk elements, possible<br \/>\nirregularities and other significant issues to ensure any areas requiring emphasis are addressed in the<br \/>\nengagement process.
